IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be disconnection of amenities every month for the flats total outstanding dues (Maintenance+Gas+Painting+Garbage) Rs.10000 and above.

Disconnection schedule is as follows:
Blocks A1 to A16:      5th of every month
Blocks AB17 to A32: 7th of every month
Blocks A33 to A50:    9th of every month
Blocks CO1 to D04:    11th of every month

We request you to kindly ensure that all your outstanding dues are cleared on or before 5th of every month to avoid any inconvenience caused by the disconnection of the amenities if your total dues above Rs. 10000. We also urge you to monitor your monthly dues regularly and make timely payments to avoid any penalties or disconnections.
