1) Vice President Address.
2) Secretary Report.
3) Approval of financial statement for the year 2024-2025.
4) Approval of proposed Budget upto July 2026.
5) Any other matter with the permission of Vice President.
6) Reading of approved resolutions.
7) Vote of thanks.
