Dear Members,
We sincerely thank all residents for the trust and opportunity given to us to serve the Sanskruti Township. We are committed to working diligently and responsibly to meet the expectations of every member.
To make our society better and stronger, we require the continued support and participation of all residents.
Our objective is to execute every activity in a transparent, inclusive, and open manner. As part of this vision, we would like to involve residents directly in the execution process by forming sub-committees for key functional areas within the community.
We proposed to constitute the following Sub-Committees and invite nominations from interested owner-residents to be part of any one of them. Each sub-committee will be led by one or more EC Members and will work collaboratively with nominated owener-residents.

Membership Guidelines:
- Each sub-committee will be led by one or more EC Members along with nominated owner-residents.
- Minimum 5 members and maximum 7 members in each sub-committee
- A owner-resident can participate in maximum one subcommittee
- At least one woman participation in one sub-committee is recommended
- For the Cultural and Sports Sub-Committees, additional volunteers may be required during major events such as Sports activities, Maha Shivaratri, Shri Ganesh Chaturthi, etc. For sports & Cultural Sub-Committees, members from other sub-committees as well as interested residents are welcome to participate and support as volunteers whenever needed.
- Tenants are also welcome to participate as volunteers for Sports and Cultural activities.
- If the number of nominations exceeds seven, preference will be given to individuals with relevant experience in similar fields and also the support made in the past for the society improvement. However, we will make every effort to accommodate as many residents as possible.
- A Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) will be issued for each sub-committee at the time of its formation.
- Members of the sub-committees must not have any direct or indirect association – commercial or non-commercial – with vendors engaged or proposed to be engaged by the society, or any other activity that may create a conflict of interest or involve personal benefit.
- All Office bearers are by default part of all sub-committees.
- Scope is internal to Sanskruti Township and with EC
- None of the committees are advisory committees and they have to contribute on the grounds.
- Budget allocations if any will be only after approval of EC.
- No office documents can be carried outside of STFOWA Office
- Confidentiality has to be strictly adhere
- Commutation will not be provided exclusively for volunteers.
